With the 5big Backup Server's settings, initiating automatic backups of all the PCs and Mac computers on your network is simple, thanks to its user-friendly interface. With capacities of 5 and 10TB and 5 disks, and a single-drive 1TB version, the 5big Storage Server is both powerful and customizable.

The 5big Backup Server is powered by a 64-bit Intel Atom Pineview processor and 1GB of RAM, which delivers lightning-fast data processing. By including print server capabilities, as well as network and workstation status monitoring, the 5big Backup Server makes the life of an IT administrator much easier—far more than any other network appliance. 
Perfect Performance—and Perfectly Silent
Featuring speeds up to 90MB/s* via its Gigabit Ethernet port, the 5big Backup Server has the performance that you need for your business. Yet despite its high performance, the 5big Backup Server offers eco-friendly features. Its casing is made from fully recyclable aluminum, and it includes an ultra-quiet Noctua fan, allowing you to place the product wherever you choose–including on a desktop. 
Easy File and System Restoration
The 5big Backup Server offers both file-level and bare metal restore capabilities. If a workstation experiences a hard drive failure, a bare metal restore can completely rebuild its data, from system components to user files through the network. Additionally, you can back up the 5big Backup Server's data onto an external hard drive via the USB or eSATA expansion port.
