| I’ve seen many posts about people buying a barebones system from one vendor, installing drives from another vendor, upgrading software and then spending days getting the system up and running. I chose to buy a complete 1.6TB system from Aegis. Within minutes of taking the unit out of the box, I was transferring files and poking around the unit with Radar. It was well worth the few extra dollars to get it setup and burned in by someone that knows the product. Thanks for the great service. |

I've since made a purchase from Eaegis.com and the service and assistance from their representative has been nothing short of brilliant. If there's some sort of customer service Oscar then I think he needs to get nominated! I think the only pre-sales advice anybody needs for Infrant's ReadyNAS NV is to simply go and buy from Eaegis.com! |

| We purchased units from Aegis end of last week and if you purchase a barebone + drives they will install and test the unit as well. So, it is ready to go out of the box, after unpacking. We have purchased before from them and have been very happy. They are doing Seagate Barracuda 7200.9 ST3250824AS 250GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache - x 2 for $189.00 this is a pair of disks for NV/X6/600. The same deal is offered for the Seagate ST3500641AS 500GB 7200RPM SATAII x 2 = $582.00 for the pair. Hope this helps. |

| It was definitely the 48-hour burn-in testing of units at eAegis.com that got me to buy from them. The price difference for a pre-configured, versus one that you build from scratch after shipping right now is about 20$... and I saw too many DOA or quickly failing drives from NewEgg to justify buying a pack of 4 250GB drives from them. The 48-hour burn-in alone catches most of these, and is worth the extra money, IMO. |

| I bought my system at Eaegis. They are a class operation; the representative of Eaegis fully explained the different units, disk sizes, actual disk capacity that I would see, etc., and sent it out after burn testing it (through a hurricane). |

| Bought a Drobo from eAegis after a long and helpful conversation in which we found it to be the best and most reasonably priced solution for my application as a photographer. He also had a killer deal on the hard drives. They put NewEgg to shame in both price and level of service... and I have been using NewEgg for a long time. The unit was shipped as promised and arrived 4 days later with the drives installed and tested. I will not hesitated to buy my next NAS or RAID setup from them. |
| What can I say that hasn't been said - from ordering, through shipping, recieving, power up, and communication, all smooth as can be, first rate. I only wish everyone would follow their example. Aegis deserves 6 out of 5 stars. |
| OK, so being ever the skeptic, I wasn't sure about whether or not the ratings here were real orders, but I have to say, the SAME day I ordered an N5200 NAS from the "infamous" eAegis, I got the shipping notice and the tracking number.... and then, supposedly the FedEx shipment was coming on a Monday, instead, it came 3 days ahead of that. The package arrived FAST, SAFE and everthing worked as advertised... eAegis had even already upgraded the NAS to the latest software version so I didn't have to. Way to go guys... it's not often I'm impressed by a web merchant - so the Crew over there? Thank you guys - you've earned a very satisfied customer:) |

| I work at a world-class medical hospital and research facility located in the central United States region. My lab recently purchased a NAS system from eaegis.com to store the results from our experiments. There was an initial firmware issue with the product, but the problem was quickly resolved with the help of eaegis' tech. support. Their product checklists (included with the packing slip) are extensive- far better than most- to insure that the product you order is in the expected working order. This company is thorough, efficient and professional. I highly recommend them for all your network storage needs. |

I was in a desperate sollution for a NAS device, for a few months I was searching the Internet for a reliable device that would have RAID, SATA II support + other features; I finally heard about Infrant's ReadyNAS NV.
I looked for the best possible price, at least at the date I purchased it - April 2006. Aegis is the reseller that had/has the best price, I had a few technical questions that were promply answered by a knowledgeable sales/support staff and I decided to place an order with this company. I'm very glad I did, I received my NAS device as scheduled. Being very satisfied with Aegis's service I wanted to make sure I post this review as a thank you for their efforts.To me it made a difference, some companies are not so customer friendly and I wanna give them a HIGH_5. BTW - I read on a nunber of online forums that many people were/are satisfied with Aegis's services, too bad they didn't have the time to post a review. Keep up the good work! |
| I've been ordering goods from lots of different online resellers - all types of products - and I must say this reseller stood out from the others with very good customer service and personalized service. The benchmark for others to follow. Instead of just send my order by mail, and having me wait four extra days for delivery, they arranged to have one of their employees drop it off to me personally, saving me the waiting time. The product arrived in perfect condition, and have worked perfectly ever since. I bought a ReadyNAS 2TB NV. |

| Cool, thanks for your recommendations! I ended up buying it from them instead of Dell (who has the same model for a bit cheaper, but without the free disk. Theirs ended up being about the same price anyway, after tax and shipping). An NV+ with 1.5 TB of storage for under a grand, seems like a good deal! I just hope it doesn't have that power supply problem I've been reading about. |

| me too; great service. they burn the systems in for a couple days, and they called me after about a day and a half; said my system was failing the burn in due to a disk problem, but they already started a burn in on another system with new drives, and it would be one day delayed. i was VERY happy they both found an issue (avoiding me having to deal with an infant mortality issue) AND didnt waste time fixing it for me. i would highly recommend them. |
